1. Introduction
The NexGen Lernrs Affiliate & Partnership Program allows individuals, institutions, educators, influencers, and organizations to promote our services — including courses, memberships, and freelancing opportunities — and earn commissions or revenue shares.
By joining our program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
2. Eligibility
To participate, you must:
- Be 18 years or older.
- Operate a valid online or offline presence (website, social media, institute, or consultancy).
- Register through our official affiliate/partner portal.
Affiliates include digital marketers, bloggers, educational institutions, content creators, and training partners.
3. Partnership Types
We offer the following collaboration models:
🧩 Affiliate Partners
Earn commissions by referring learners, tutors, or freelancers who enroll or register through your referral link.
🏫 Educational Partners
Schools, colleges, and training centers can integrate NexGen Lernrs courses or offer joint certification programs.
💼 Corporate Partners
Companies can upskill employees or sponsor freelancer training programs.
👩🏫 Mentor & Tutor Partners
Skilled professionals and educators can join as mentors or tutors to earn by teaching.
4. Commission & Payouts
- Commission percentages are pre-defined and communicated upon approval.
- Payouts are processed monthly through secure bank transfer or UPI after verifying referred sales or successful engagements.
- Minimum payout threshold: ₹500.
- Taxes (GST/TDS) apply as per Indian law.
5. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates/partners agree to:
- Promote NexGen Lernrs ethically and transparently.
- Use approved branding, links, and marketing materials only.
- Avoid false claims, spam, or misleading promotions.
- Maintain integrity when representing the NexGen brand.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of partnership without notice.
6. Branding & Intellectual Property
Affiliates and partners may use NexGen Lernrs’ logos, graphics, and promotional material only after written approval. Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited.
7. Relationship Status
Affiliates are independent promoters, not employees or agents of NexGen Lernrs.
Participation in the program does not constitute a joint venture, franchise, or employment relationship.
8. Termination
NexGen Lernrs reserves the right to terminate any affiliate or partner account at its discretion for:
- Misuse of branding
- Unethical marketing practices
- Breach of Terms
- Fraudulent activities
Upon termination, all pending commissions may be forfeited.
9. Liability Disclaimer
NexGen Lernrs shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from participation in the affiliate or partnership program.
10. Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to modify commission rates, terms, or eligibility criteria at any time with prior notification.
