1. Overview
At NexGen Lernrs, we value your trust. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for courses, subscriptions, freelance projects, and tutoring sessions.
2. Course Enrollment & Membership Refunds
- Free Plans: Non-refundable (no payment required).
- Pro Learner / Elite Memberships: Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided no more than 5% of the course content has been accessed.
- Digital Library Access: Non-refundable once content is downloaded or accessed.
Refunds will be issued within 7–10 working days of approval via the original payment method.
3. Tutoring & Freelancing Services
- Tutors and freelancers must adhere to agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Clients may request partial refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory work, subject to verification by NexGen Lernrs.
- NexGen Lernrs may hold payments temporarily during dispute resolution.
4. Cancellations
- Users may cancel subscriptions anytime through their account settings.
- Cancellations before renewal take effect immediately, and you’ll retain access until the end of the billing cycle.
- For scheduled tutoring sessions, cancellations made less than 12 hours before the session may not be eligible for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed courses or projects.
- Violations of platform Terms & Conditions.
- Technical issues arising from user-side devices or connectivity.
6. Refund Processing
All approved refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time depends on your payment provider (usually 7–10 business days).
7. Dispute Resolution
If you face an issue, please email refunds@nexgenlernrs.com with your order ID and details. Our support team will review and respond within 72 hours.
